Great capture Evelynn. I really like the almost b/w effect. The handling of the light is very good as well as the composition. The trees in the background look something like curtains with great effect. I think it is possible to set off the tree in the foreground a little so I took the liberty to make a ws to show you - hope it is OK.

I have enjoyed all your snow pictures, but I think I like this one the best so far. I like all the curves by the water. There is something to anchor the foreground, midground, and background. The light in different parts of the picture add a lot of interest to the snowy scene. Great shot and TFS. : )

C est un tres joli paysage d hiver. tres belle composition les couleurs sont superbes.Il est joli ce petit ruisseau qui coule sous cette neige.Beau cadrage
Merci et au revoir et bon week end....JP
What a weekend of other activities can cause a large back up. I have about 18 pages to go through. This is a really good photo with a great diversity in snow and water. I do agee with morgens-j and I like his WS with the blurred b/g. But in general, a great photo.
So beautiful! This picture is amazing, but I'm not sure if it's because of the artistic quality of the photo or because I've always loved snow covered trees so much -- I think it's both. Nice arragement of trees in this picture. The focus is good, detail is good... color is enough to almost be distracting. I think a workshop is in order! :)
