[Note Guidelines]
On a walk in Lawn Hill NP there were many tall trees, some very impressive when you look straight up. This one is commonly called a paperbark. Botanically it is a melaleuca. They grow in moist areas and especially along creek and river banks and moist flat areas.
Mosquitoes tend to like being around them but not here because there is too much calcium in the water for them (my wife was very happy about that).

Hi Ian,no mosquitos, and this is a very good news..ehehe...so it's nice to visit this place without disturbing insects, and the watch to the top of this impressive tree is lovely, made in the best light and perfect sharpness everywhere, the imposing perspective is a winner!
